Schedule Keeper — a printable checklist for anything you repeat

Pick a start date and a number of days, name your columns, and you get a grid: one row per date, one box per column. Tick the boxes on screen, or print the sheet and tick it by hand. Both are the point — neither is an afterthought.

Nothing to sign up for

No account, no email address, nothing to install. Your ticks are saved in this browser, so they are still there when you come back. Google Drive sync is optional and off unless you turn it on, and it keeps the file in your own Drive — never on a server of ours.

Made to be printed

The printed sheet is its own design rather than a screenshot of the screen: black on white, hairline rules, and boxes sized for a pen. Print it for the fridge, a desk or a bedside table.

Adjust it to fit

Rename and reorder up to eight columns — they start as morning, noon and evening. Set any date range, repeat every few days or weeks, choose how dates and weekdays are written, and give the sheet a title.

Works offline

Install it to a home screen or desktop and it keeps working with no network. It loads no external fonts, scripts or trackers.

What it gets used for

Anything on a repeating schedule: medication and supplements, daily habits, chores and rotas, care routines, practice logs, watering the plants. If it is a short list of things done on most days, it fits.
