Schedule Keeper

The short version. Schedule Keeper has no accounts and no server of ours. Your schedule is saved in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us — not your ticks, not your column names, not any record that you visited.
If you choose to turn on Google Drive sync, your schedule is copied to your own Google Drive so your devices match. It still never reaches us.
What the app stores
Only the schedule you make:
- Your title and your column names.
- Your date range and repeat setting.
- Which boxes you have ticked, and when each was last changed.
- Your display preferences — date format, weekday format, print options.
That is the whole list for your schedule. There is still no account and no profile. If you turn on Drive sync, the app also remembers the connected Google account's email address so it can show you which account is connected — see "Google Drive sync" below.
Where it is stored
In your browser's local storage, on the device you are using. It stays there until you clear it. Clearing your browser's site data for this site deletes it.
Google Drive sync, if you turn it on
Sync is optional and off by default. Nothing about Google appears unless you open Settings and press Connect. While it is off, the app makes no requests to anyone.
If you do connect it:
- One file holding the schedule listed above is kept in your Google Drive's hidden application data folder.
-
The app asks for a single Google permission,
drive.appdata. That permission reaches only the app's own file. It cannot read, list, or touch anything else in your Drive. - The file travels between your browser and Google directly. We never receive a copy, and we could not read it if we tried.
- The app reads one more thing: the email address of the connected Google account, so it can show you which account is connected. That address stays on your device — it is only ever shown in Settings, never sent anywhere. We ask for no other Google data — not your name, not your contacts.
Schedule Keeper's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What the app never does
- No analytics, and no measurement of how you use it.
- No advertising, and no third-party trackers.
- No tracking cookies.
- No selling or sharing of anything — whatever the app holds stays on your device or in your own Drive.
Deleting your data
- Reset in Settings clears your schedule — the title, columns, dates and every tick. It does not disconnect Drive sync or forget the connected account's email address.
- Disconnect in Settings ends the Drive connection and forgets the connected account's email address. Your local schedule is left alone.
- Clearing your browser's site data for this site removes everything at once — the schedule, the Drive connection, and the remembered address.
- Remove the Drive file and the permission: visit your Google account permissions, and Drive's settings under Manage apps.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because there are no accounts.
